About

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed in Oregon and Washington.  At the heart of my work is a deep respect for how wise the nervous system is — and how creatively our minds and bodies learn to survive. Therapy with me is collaborative, steady, and grounded in the belief that you already carry the capacity to heal.

I’m a Certified IFS practitioner, which means I’ve gone beyond foundational training to offer advanced, thoughtful care in parts work. I also integrate EMDR and body-based trauma therapy so we can gently work with patterns that may be rooted in attachment wounds, overwhelm, or old survival strategies. I care deeply about quality and continually seek the highest level of training so I can show up skillfully for the people I serve.

Outside the therapy room, I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher and teach weekly classes focused on nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and compassionate self-inquiry. I believe rest is not indulgent — it’s essential. When we slow down enough to listen to our bodies, we begin to understand our boundaries, our needs, and the parts of us that have been working overtime for far too long.

I also love to knit.  A lot.  Too much?  No such thing! :)

Compassionate and Non-Judgmental Care

I bring warmth, compassion, and a calm, non-judgmental presence to every session. People often describe me as someone who helps them feel safe, supported, and at ease during difficult times.

Fun and Engaging

I feel genuine joy and consider it a privilege to do this work. It’s something I hold close and treat with care. I also love to laugh and believe laughter itself is healing and connective-- it often emerges

spontaneously in our work.

Your Sessions Are All About You

At the end of the day, I believe we all deserve a life that feels less driven by survival and more rooted in connection — to ourselves, to others, and to what truly matters.
