Hi, I’m Katie Ray, a Licensed Professional Counselor trained in IFS, EMDR, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I specialize in working with adults who’ve experienced challenging childhoods and now struggle with stress, anxiety, people-pleasing behaviors, and feeling disconnected from their true selves. My goal is to help you navigate the healing and transformation you’re ready for, offering a compassionate and supportive space along the way.

My Journey to Becoming a Counselor
I’m no different from the clients I work with—just as human, shaped by life’s joys and challenges. My own journey has included painful periods of anxiety and depression, teaching me firsthand how to find safety, comfort, and healing. These experiences have deepened my ability to listen with empathy and guide others with genuine care.
Through my own healing process, I’ve grown in ways that connect me more meaningfully to my relationships, spirituality, and the natural world. These experiences inspire the work I do today, helping others find their path toward growth, resilience, and wholeness.

I don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach. Instead, I tailor our work to your unique needs and concerns, meeting you where you are and helping you create a path toward healing that feels authentic and empowering.
